Kinda new, but not really.

Hi there, I've been on this forum in the past. I kinda forgot about it LOL... But here I am.
Right now I am also on calorie count.com, same user name if anyone cares. I keep to around 1600-1800 calories and one day a week or so I take a break from counting and measuring and do a rough estimate. I usually end up around 2200 calories. High I know, but it keeps me sane :) Also with eating I'm focusing on core nutrients such as potassium. Before, even calorie counting I was only getting 2-3 thousand mg tops. Now I keep it around 5,000 with more salads, a few potatoes and beans and lots of veggie juice! I have felt a boost in energy that I couldn't figure out why I felt so junky. Especially once I started exercising.

Otherwise, my current weight is 165. My big goal is 140. My little goal is 160.

Each month my fitness goals are: 100 miles of biking/jalking (walking with jogging intervals). This month I am adding strength exercises Mondays and Fridays. Nothing crazy, just planks, squats, lunges. I'd like to get a couple light weights for arm exercises.

I also plan to get a measuring tape soon so that I can keep track of my loss in inches.

Anyway, I'm glad to be back and look forward to getting to know people who are still around or are new!
