Hey Everyone! My name is Candis, and I just joined 3FC because online support sounded wonderful to help with the battle against my weight. I've always been bigger every since high school and once I got into college I gained even more. I recently started Weight Watchers, and have lost 10 pounds in a month and a half, which has boosted my self-esteem far more than I thought 10 pounds could. :)

I would ideally like to lose about 90 lbs, so that I weigh 135--however, I have never been that skinny at my current height so I have no idea what looks best or what is "healthiest" so I'm gonna play the whole thing by eye. Haha.

I'd like to be in Onederland by Thanksgiving, and seeing as that means I only have to lose about 30 pounds I think it's a realistic goal.

Looking forward to talking to the many wonderful people who are on here! :)

There is a challenge going on in the 20-somethings forums, Getting smexy by 2012! It starts monday, and you just weigh in once a week! That may help get you to your thanksgiving goal! :D

There are a ton of support areas around, but frankly just about every member is supportive and we all have encouragement and ideas to share.
