Hello All!
Hello all. I decided to join the forum to get some tips on anything related to weight loss. I have always been heavy since I was young and my weight has went up and down throughout the years. A few years ago I lost 80 pounds in about 4 and a half months by eating better and exercising. Unfortunately, I had gained it all back in the past few years because I did allow myself to adjust to eating healthy. I now understand that losing all that weight in a short amount of time is not the right way to lose weight. About 2 months ago after getting a new scale and seeing that I am back at my heaviest weight I decided to give it another try. So far I have lost 15 pounds and I feel much better about my weight loss than I did the first time I tried. I workout 4-5 times a week for about 45 minutes each workout on an elliptical my wife and I bought for the home. After reading some threads I know this is going to be a great place to get any information I need on weight loss.

Awesome job finding a plan that works for you and losing those 15 pounds! :cp: It's all about discovering what is sustainable. There is definitely a lot of great information around the site, as well support. Have a look around, and post wherever you're comfortable! Best of wishes! |
