QWLC, anybody else trying it?

Hello all! I am brand new to 3 Fat Chicks, but I am super excited about my upcoming weight loss. I completed Prep Phase yesterday and began my eating plan today. Anyone else try this plan? I am not advertising for them, but I have done everything from weight watchers to going vegetarian. They all work in the beginning but I was not able to maintain. So I am starting again.


Anywho, I am brand new, so please help with suggestions. I at least plan to run this program to completion!

The absolute MOST important thing is to find something that works and is sustainable for you. Sustainable, not just for the "diet", but for the rest of your life. Sometimes that takes a few times to find what fits your life.

Maintaining is the same as losing. Vigilance. Patience. Perseverance.

You'll find all sorts of people around 3FC who are using all different plans, but we wish everyone the best and support and encourage each member. We can all do this. :yes:

What is QWLC ? There are many diets described here but haven't heard of this one.
