Hello!

Hello everyone,
I'm 22 and a massage therapist from Oklahoma. I got on the scale the other day and for the first time in my life, besides being pregnant, I was up to 200 pounds. Id like to lose atleast 20-30.
I bought an ab coaster off craigslist and am eager to start exercise and counting calories. Hoping this forum can keep me motivated and I'll stick to it this time :carrot:
