Hi everyone!
 

Hi everyone!,I am a new member:wave:
I have lost and gained hundreds of pounds . This time I need to keep it off.I am sooooo tired of dieting,being in pain,being embaressed,making excuses and not enjoying life.
My poor little heart is beating for 3 and I think it's time to stop fooling around before my time runs out....so...I'm going to do my best, and see what happens.
I don't have a social life or even leave my apartment except for medical appointments,so this is my second baby step(the first was commiting to the optifast program),on the path to the rest of my life.

Welcome! I do not know about the optifast program but I am sure you will find tons of information on this site about it.
I would encourage you to try to get out of your apartment and take short walks. Nothing too taxting at first. Set a goal of making it to say a street sign and back and the force yourself to move a little more gradually. Also, as strange as it sounds, while watching TV, start lifting some cans of food with your arms. Doing curls and straight out to the side and in front of you. These small additions to your diet will add up and make you feel much better!
