New in S. TX

Hi! I'm Rowan, a recently divorced mom of one 12 year old heathen. Suffering a massive bout of depression for a total weight gain of 130lbs.

Watching what I eat and bought a treadmill so I can safely walk during my nightly insomnia. I've been doing the "Monty Python" exercise program... I can only watch my Python DVDs if I am on the treadmill... working so far. :)
