Hello All,

It seems I got off to a bad start, that certainly wasn't my intention.

Autopilot took over and my fingers obviously tapped too far! I am passionate about this subject and I think it spilled out a little too full on. I am man enough to admit when I make a mistake :)

We're all a little passionate about health and weight loss, which is actually why there's so much activity around here. We're all just looking to be healthier in general, maybe drop some weight, and we're seeking the best way to do that for us individually!

We might all be from different walks of life, different parts of the world, and be following different methods, but we want to see everyone achieve their goals =) 3FC is all about support.
