New to 3 Fat Chicks

Hi everyone! I am new to this website, but so far I love what I've seen. I have been yo yoing back and forth with my weight since I had my kids (30 years ago). Now it is time to get serious, get it off, and keep it off.

I do have some health issues that make it more challenging (RA, RLS, and a bad knee) but I know it can be done. This seems like the type of site where I'll get great tips and meet new friends.
