Hello, I'm new. I was looking up some info on Volumetrics and this site came up in my search. I signed up hoping that someone is still on this plan. I just ordered the book today so I still don't know a lot about it. I want to lose 50 pounds, and I'd like to lose at least 15 of it by mid August for my birthday. Anyone with similar goals want to buddy up with me? I'm 57 and live about 40 miles north of Seattle, WA. Looking forward to getting know you!:hug:

A lot of people combine the concepts of volumetrics into other plans, like Calorie Counting (I consider myself one of them...I love getting a big plate of food by filling up the plate with veggies and other low-calorie wonders). So look around.

We have forums by age range and amount to lose, also. Look around, settle in, and get to posting.
