Hi everyone
 
Hi guys , I am new to this forum :carrot:. I am from Ct and am 54 yrs old . I have been on the IP diet for 3 months now and have lost 35 lbs .This is the best diet I have ever been on !!!! I just happened to find this forum while looking to see if I can find a closer IP center to me . Nice meeting you all. ;)
