I'm new to 3FC!!

Hello everyone! I am new on here. I just started a new "life style change" (aka: diet) Saturday. I was looking for some support and positivity. I am not getting it at home. I don't know anyone who is currently on a diet nor who has as much weight to lose as I do. So glad to find 3FC! :)
