Struggling and desperate binger

Good Morning:
I have been really struggling with binge eating and I can't to to get to the bottom of why it's happening. :?: Hoping that talking to people with the same problem will help.

There's actually a section on 3FC dedicated to those who have problems with ED & Binging.

There could be various different reasons why you turn to binging. Is it emotional? Are you sad? Angry? Bored? Lonely? Stressed?
