Hi everyone,
I've been stalking this forum a little for the last couple of weeks and finally decided to join. Your stories are all so inspiring. I'm 24 (as of last week), single, and hoping to go back to school in the fall. When I was 21 I started losing weight and went from about 210 to 160
very slowly. I've tried losing weight since I was 15 before finding something that worked for me. I'm training for another half marathon (or hoping to, I was having some knee issues in the winter) and I go to CrossFit about 3 times a week. I've tried a few different eating plans in the last couple of years but I cannot get anymore weight off. My lowest weight was 156.6lbs and right now Im hovering around 160. These last 20lbs are driving me nuts and I'm hoping I can get some guidance for you guys on here to hit my goal once and for all.
