I am very excited about joining this group!
It seems to me to be an active, welcoming, supportive group, and I'm looking forward to participating and watching the pounds drop off of all of us.

I believe in the power of online support groups because I was able to quit smoking almost ten years ago with the help of one. But this is the first time I've joined an online weight loss support group.

I'm ready to finally lose this weight.
With the help of everyone here, I know that I can.
