New from Seattle
 

Hi, everyone, I'm starting this journey once again. I've been overweight most of my adult life, and though it hasn't slowed me down too much (blessed with great health), I know I need to get this weight (310 today) down!!!! I need to get the support and participate in it to help in this... I'm single, live in Seattle, but work as a Program Manager in Denver, so a lot of traveling back and forth. I spend a lot of time alone, and need to find some motivation to get OUT, so want to start a walking regime.

I look forward to getting to know you good people and share our highs and lows with each other.

Hi, welcome! I'm in Seattle too! I walk both mornings (early, like 6 or 7!) and evenings, usually at Carkeek, Discovery, or Myrtle Edwards. At times when you're in town, if you ever want a walking buddy and those times work out for you we can def hook up. I'm super interested in finding a local buddy working towards a similar goal!
