Ideal Protein diet

I am interested in the Ideal Protein diet. I need to loose at least 50 lbs by December and don't want to waste my time or money on something that does not work.

Has any one tried this diet? Is anyone currently on it?

I don't know -- I personally don't do IP. You should go over to that sub-forum and talk to the people over there.
