New but not to the cycle
 

Hello from Eastern PA. I'm 29, have 2 kids, work full time with autistic kids, and am forever engaged. I've been on this diet rollercoaster almost all my life, but it wasn't until I had my children that I didn't bounce back. Instead I gained. A lot. As in an entire person in the past 10 yrs.

I'm here to have the support I don't have anywhere else. I want to be healthy for my lil ones, I want to look good and feel good for myself. I miss being sexy and liking who I am inside and out.
