New here -- first hello

Hello there, this is my first post!

I'm 38, I live in Ireland, I'm 5'1" and I weigh 156lbs as of this morning. My weight gain is connected to my mood -- I lost over 50lbs five years ago to reach a balanced 133lbs, but this past year I've hit a few bumps in my life and the weight has been creeping back.

Looking forward to getting to know you guys.
