New and looking at 45 (pounds that is).
 

How did I get here? I got here 10 pounds a year. Hoping to make a change and would love a "weight loss" buddy.

I attempted to exercise yesterday for the first time in a long, LONG time. It was horrible. I was immediately winded. I am 5' and need to lose a solid 45 pounds. I am in my early 50's so nothing comes easy.... I guess I am set in my ways. But, I need to do this.

There's an Age 50+ area, and an Exercise section. All sorts of support groups depending on how much you'd like to lose or what type of food plan you're following.
