Hello Everyone!

Recently I've decided to make a change in my life. I not only want to lose weight I want to make a change in my lifestyle. I want to be healthier and fit! I'm 21 years old recently graduated from college and began teaching preschool. I've always been overweight but about 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Lupus, since starting all of my medication I've gained about 50 lbs. I've tried to lose weight before but have always given into my pain. I won't give up this time and I'm hoping to find support and advice in this forum! :)
