Hello all!! I'm new here and I plan on getting Sleeve Gastrectomy WLS. I'm just starting my process and let's just say I'm over 450...The doc wants me to lose 30 lbs before surgery so I am having protein shakes 2 times a day and snacking on fruits and veggies in between an then eating dinner. Today is day number one and I am so ready to chew my fingers off...LOL I know I can do it though! I look forward to participating in this forum and getting some tips before and after my surgery :-D

There's a lot of support to find around 3FC. There's a WLS section for those considering or undergoing WLS. But, have a look around and post wherever you're comfortable!
