Hello :)

Hi there, I'm new to 3fc and am very happy that my sis sent me the link to this site. I live in Brooklyn, NY and have struggled with my weight since I was a kid. I'm currently on WW+points, and although I've lost 30lbs so far, those thirty pounds I lost BEFORE the program switched over :shrug:
I'm glad to have found this site, every bit of support/advice/information helps!

There's a WW section under Diet Central if you have questions. I'm a WW member myself. And there are a lot of people successfully following the program, so you might find some ideas or advice there. =)
