Hello my name is Kat and I am new here... well kind of new I did sign up here a few years ago but due to a series of unfortunate events I wasnt able to keep up. I am back though and this time I am going to stick to this. I am very motivated... for if any reason so I can stand all day at my job without feeling like I am going to die.
I am a big fan of Lady Gaga for many reasons... one being shes is an amazing dancer and it gives me inspiration so I have chosen to make my dancing one of my main sources of excercise. I also enjoy yoga and pilates so I will be doing that as well.
I am highly motivated about this but I am concerned with the fatigue. I work full time at a job where I am on my feet all day and I have trouble motivating myself to get up and dance when I am drop dead tired. If anyone has any advice on that, I am all ears.
