Intro!
Good morning everyone! I'm new here and I'm looking for support in this journey. A little about me, I lost a bunch of weight a couple of years ago, but once I got to my goal I couldn't stop losing and ended up with a full-on restricting ED and so afraid that I'd gain weight.
About a year ago, I had a mental break and finally saw the harm I was doing to myself and how much I was missing. And so I swung the other way and starting eating everything, completely bingeing. So now I'm ready to lose weight and get my health back. I know it's a struggle and I don't want to ever get back to the crazy restrictive way so for me it's best not to count calories or points, but to eat intuitively and exercise. I'd like to lose about 55 pounds. I'm excited to be part of this community! |
:welcome: Your new method is what am doing now and working wonders for me. I don't bother with calories,etc.. You made the right choice and wishing you all the best with your efforts!! YOU can do it!! :)
