Hi,
I'm new here. I've been posting on various weight loss boards for some time now, but just recently heard about this one. It looks pretty busy, so I should be able to get a lot of tips and pointers on my weight loss journey.
My name is Carol, and I'm a 60 something female from PA. I have several health problems that make it necessary that I lose some weight and exercise so I can stick around a little bit longer. I'm looking forward to making some new friends and sharing ideas with others with the same goal....healthy weight loss.

Good luck Carol..i'm Lou i'm 30 and i'm on the Weight Watchers Pro-Points..i've started today so fingers crossed when i weigh myself on sun i might of lost a few lbs...
