3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi, I'm Teri. I am 34 years old, and have about 10 lbs to lose to hit my goal weight. I was actually underweight until about 2 years ago when I quit smoking and my metabloism dropped out and now not trying to get back there, just trying to get comfortable. Was doing ok on my own but I seem to have plateaued (sp??). Exacerbated by the fact that I have muscular dystrophy and there are exercises I simply cannot do regardless of how bad I want to.
Anyways, I have 1 daughter whose 10, and an 11 year old Stepdaughter & 12year old Stepson. I work full time and my husband is self-employed. Looking forward to getting to know you guys!
