Introduction

Hello! I'm Riley :)

I'm new to this forum. I started losing weight in 2009 after reaching an all-time high of 191. I fear that I may have actually weighed 200+ pounds because I stopped weighing myself for a while after 191 and my clothes were getting tighter by the week. After completing a graduate degree in May 2009, I decided that I had completely had enough of being overweight. Thus, I was slightly overweight for most of my life, but this was extreme!

As of December 2010, I weighed 145, which was my first weight loss goal. I am now 140, which was the second. I had reached a plateau, but now I feel that I am finally breaking it. However, I am taking it slow... each set of five pounds is a new goal. My next goal is 135. I hope to reach it by the end of the month. Afterward, 130 will be the next goal. 125 is the goal for the fourth of July, because I will be attending a celebration and there will be lots of food, but I don't want to go over 130 during the feast! My ultimate goal is to weigh between 90-100 pounds. I know that sounds extreme, but I am only 5'3" - 5'4", so that's about how much I should weigh.

It's nice to meet you all.

BTW, how do I get a tracker? ;)

Hi Riley! :wel3fc:

First off, tickers are restricted to users who have been here for at least 20 days and have posted at least 20 times. Stick around and you'll get here in no time.

Look around! We have groups by age range, amount to lose, eating plan...so find a spot or many, jump on into posting, and keep going.

Can't wait to get to know you better!
