hello, new here.
 
Well I am here cause I need to lose weight, I had lost it all 2 years ago, only to get pregnant again and this pregnancy I gained alot, just had my baby 4 months ago, and have lost about 20 pounds so far, so only 40 more to get to around my goal, I am at 180 now, and am 5'6, and I want to go back to around 140.

Hi Vanessah I'm Taylor and just joined as well. I'm glad I came across your post because our situation is almost exact! I am also 5'6 and am around 180, I've lost 20 pounds and have 40 more to go too!! I couldn't believe it when I read this lol! My weight is due to having a baby as well. But I had mine 15 months ago. So kudos to you for getting started early!! Good luck to you. Hope you keep updates!! :)

Oh wow, how cool is that lol. Yeah I started early cause im depressed seeing my skinny clothes that wont go past my dang hips lol, and seeing old pics. I will definitly keep updating, and hope to see yours as well. :) thanks

We have a TON of spots for motivation and discussion with other like-minded folks, so look around! We have groups by age range, by eating plan, etc. Just jump on in wherever you find a spot that feels right, and get to posting.

Congrats on your losses so far, and I can't wait to get to know you better!

What are you doing with regards to diet and exercise? Do you have any tips to share? I am on weight watchers and have lost 8 pounds so far.

Well I was just eating once a day small meals, but now I been at same weight for a month so idk, need excercise to cause I need to flatten down this big baby belly to.
