Newbie Here!
Hi all! I have been lurking for a few days on the site and it looks really supportive and positive - just what I have been looking for! I'm just starting out on this adventure... I have 30 lbs hanging around that needs to go! (Maybe a little more, but lets be realistic!) This is my starting goal.
I am counting calories, reducing sugar intake and restricting my carbs. I have read a lot of material and this seems the best way to get there for me. I have a plan in place for exercise too. I spent the last few months collecting workout DVDs and exercise equipment to help me. No excuses!
Feeling very motivated today! I took a 3 mile walk this morning to jump start myself. It felt really good!
