Hello from Tabitha
Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the boards and wanted to introduce myself. I'm a lifelong dieter/binge eater, and I'm here to make a lifestyle change. I've had success in OA (Overeaters Anonymous), but stopped the program and re-gained the weight. Right now I'm not interested in joining an intense program like OA, but at least I know what to do. My meal plan is reduced/healthy carbs, lean protein and tons of fresh veggies, based on delicious, whole food recipes. No more frozen entrees! Kinda "Mediterranean South Beach". :) My exercise plan is to rotate elliptical, Fluidity Bar/Callanetics and T-Tapp at least 5x/week. My goal is to claim the prime of my life and enjoy a sizzling love affair with my amazing husband, Randy. Why not have it all?! I look forward to sharing the journey with all of you.
