Hello
Hi, I'm new here and thought I'd start by introducing myself. I lurked around the board for a day and then decided why not join? :wave:
I've been heavy since about the middle of high school, but in the last year have really allowed some stresses in my life to compound the problem. (In the form of an extra 60 pounds) :o But the past is the past right? We should learn from our mistakes not wallow in them. :) I'm hoping to stay inspired and motivated by joining this forum, so I guess I'll see you around the board. thanks, charliee |

Sometimes it's tough finding people in real life who are in the same place we are. I see lots of support here; what a great place to plug in. I know we can do this, one day at a time.
