Hello! My name is Kristen and I am 22 years old. I just happened to run across this website while googling ways to lose weight. I'm pretty excited about it. I am a single mother and going through a divorce. I don't always have the best support system and I'm not blaming my weight on that but I do think it would help me tremendously. I have over 100 pounds to lose. I don't even know where to start. Everyday since January I have woke up on a diet and have failed it by the end of the day. Really hoping for some great advice.

Hey! Welcome to 3fc! I am also from KY, born and raised and I am 23. I understand how you feel! I still have like 100 to lose from where I am, and it is frustrating. I think that is why I let my weight get so high in the first place was that the task seemed so daunting. Don't worry. 3fc is a great resource and it's really helped me!
