I everyone, My name is Suzy...I have been battleing this weight for about 7 years now (after my last baby). I need to loose about 70lbs.. feels like a million! I am a stay at home mom I also help my husband run our remodeling business...Someone please tell me what is your inspiration? What happens to those of you who are sucessful? What happens in your thought life, in your home life, in all areas of your life? I cant wait to hear form some of you!:(

Hello Suzy, my name is Sam. :) My inspiration are all these lovely women (and men) on this website. So many people are going through what I'm going through and are coming out the other side with positive results!

I recently just got myself weighed for the first time in about 15 years and that sent a shock through my system. Those three numbers, 191, really broke me... But in a good way. I have a long hard road ahead of me, but at least I took the first step.
