Hey there, My name is Stephanie and Iam joining this forum because I need to lose roughly 50lbs. I am a 24 year old mother of one 4 year old little boy and I am currently splitting up with his father and my boyfriend of 7 years. I need to do this for me. I need to be me again. I hope being on this forum helps me get there. If you have anything you want to know or have any advice just ask! :carrot:

Thats the only way you can do things is for you and of course your little boy! Its nice to have a child as im sure he can help you exercise as much as the anyone else if not more lol! good luck!
