I'm trying again..
Hi everyone on 3FC, I've already had a look around & so pleased by the success stories, Well Done!
I did start on a diet & exercise routine in January I had lost 11 lbs & was well pleased. I then got "Work" bust & also had a burst of flu, and found it really hard to get back into. I think back at If I kept going I bet I would look amazing now 5 months on. Well i'm at 151lb and look & feel overweight. This is the biggest I've been. I would like to get down to 135lbs to start with. I hope the support here will help me. I did it previously doing 1 hour of Zumba a day at home - Everyday. I would love to get back into doing it that often. Energy levels are really low at the moment. I need to push myself back into it. Any advice or support welcome! |

I'd go nuts to be at 151...stick with a healthy food plan and keep exercising. A day at a time you'll have another transformation in 5 months. Get back with your plan...when I've been off and get back on I find every day under my belt gets easier. Best wishes! |
