Ready to lose some weight!!

  • Hello everyone!
    My name is Amanda.
    I am 20 years old.
    I am looking to lose around 50lbs+.
    The most weight I have lost was 30 but I gained it all back and more
    I guess the gym needs to become my best friend again.
    Depression and anxiety have been a major uphill battle for me with weight loss.
    One medication I was on increased my appetite so much that I gained 20lbs in less than a month. YIKES!
    I would love to make a few friends to keep me motivated and just talk to.
    Or if you have any suggestions for outdoor activities that help burn the calories/work the muscles that would be GREAT!
    I love the outdoors and go fishing as much as I can when the weather is nice

    Do not feel bad, I have lost and gained quite a bit of weight during my lifetime.
    There are lots of things you can do outside. Swim at the lake during a fishing trip. Go jogging/running, take long walks, go for bike rides.
    Enjoy being outside, young and healthy!
