Hello from Nova Scotia
 

Good Day, my name is IAteIt (because I usually do) I am 48 year old single working mom from Nova Scotia, Canada. I am trying to lose weight again. I think I have been on a diet since I was 4 years old. I have done everything from gastric bypass to pills to fasting.

I quit smoking 7 months ago. I smoked for 32 years, of course I gained 30 more lbs. Spring is here and it is time to start feeling better.

Have you decided what diet you are going to go with?

Thank you for the welcome!!! I am going to try using fitday and watching calories. This is a struggle that I have never won...maybe 10 lb goals.
