Hi there. You can call me Summer. I've registered at the forum quite some time ago but never really posted much so here I am with a firmer goal and an epiphany. :) I'm a very short girl who stands at only 5 feet 1 inches and my BMI says that I'm overweight. After turning 20 this month, I came to the realization that I'm not gonna sit around and just impossibly wait for the pounds to lose by itself. They say a girl should be her prettiest in her 20's and I don't want those years to pass by feeling depressed about my weight and thinking of the what-if's. More so, I want to be healthy so I could actually live my dreams.
