If only....

I had stayed on track I would not have to start all over again. In 2009 I lost 45 lbs, felt great and was on my way to my goal. Well Im back to start over again. I know I can do it, I just have to get my butt in gear. This site was a great help 2 years ago and was the first place I came to when I decided I was ready to restart my weight loss journey. So hi everybody!

I'm sorry about that. Sometimes these things just happen. Hopefully you can find a routine that works for you. I just joined today but so far everybody is very supportive and I know there are lots of people here to encourage you and give you advice.
