I'm really looking for a motivation group to help me (and hopefully me help them too!) loose around 34lbs?
I'm looking to join a busy group that's trying to be positive and motivating about the journey, help each when we are having tempting days and help each other to get up and exercise when we don't feel up to it.
I have always been a little chubby, but I put on a lot of weight when pregnant, and am now looking to loose it. I do have a medical issue that "may" make it tougher for me loose it (premature ovarian failure, lack of estrogen\other hormones = weight gain, especially around the middle). I'm on HRT,.... but at the moment I'm still thinking eating extremely healthy (mainly fruit and veggies) and lots of exerise should take it off.
Any suggestions of which threads maybe good for me welcome!
