Hi y'all, my name is Heather and I stumbled across this forum by searching if there is a weight limit on tanning beds or not and decided to join once I found it!

I weight 284lbs and am 5'6" an I'd like to lose weight. I'm tired of searching weight limits for things or wondering if the squeak in my husband's car is b/c I'm in it or wondering if I'll ever fit in the tub again.

So. . . Hi! :D I'm here to start my journey -- teach me?

Just an FYI, I tan and I'm 307 lbs, so you have nothing to worry about :) If you are worried, find a place with standup tanning beds.

Hi Heather! Finding a place to "fit in" and make it your support group is so great. I believe support and having somewhere to turn is a very important part of the process to make your weight loss permanent.
