hello, i'm new
hi everyone.
here is my introduction... i'm 36, from canada, mother to 2 boys, girlfriend to an amazing guy. i also have major issues with food. i don't believe in fad diets, i believe in healthy lifestyle changes. every time i make the move to get healthy, my program of choice is weight watchers. i used to be an avid posted on the canadian site, but i had a family member that joined and started using the board i posted on, so i found i wasn't comfortable posting. but i miss (and need) the support i had there. so, here i am. i'm not following weight watchers because i'm trying to cut costs. my subscription ends at the end of this month. i hadn't been using it for a long time, so i found it was a waste of money. i decided i will try using the canada food guide to help me. so far, so bad. i just can't stop eating crap! i need some support. hoping to find it here. thanks for reading. |
