I need a drill SGT 8)

  • Alright, husband is deployed to Afghanistan for a year and I am determined to lose some serious weight while he is gone. I just weaned my youngest so there are no diet restrictions anymore and I am ready to finally do this! I started to a few years ago and was doing great but then baby number two was on the way lol so obviously I haven't worried about it for a while, and while nursing it's hard to stay on track. Anyhow so here I am, I have to do a weigh in the AM as I haven't in a while but I want to lose a good 50lbs at least. And I want anyone willing to be on my rear about this, PM, email... make sure I am on track and doing what I need. I tend to stray when I am starting off lol but I want someone to be "in my face" and help motivate me. I suffer from depression and anxiety so those two do NOT help in any of this. I have three boys and am a stay @ home Mom, and will be homeschooling my younger two. I will be walking, and using wii, an exercise bike, and a trampoline for my workouts, as well as some DVDs (mainly the Carmen Electra collection but would also like to take up Yoga.) I am probably going to follow the South Beach diet again as that is what has worked for me in the past. Anyhow I guess that's all for now. Hope to meet some great folks on here Also we are stationed @ Fort Drum, NY so if there is anyone close by lmk maybe we can meet up sometime.
