Hello Ladies!! Thought this would be a little easier with some new friendly encouragement! Im 23 a single mother of 3 beautiful boys, and wanting to drop 20lbs of baby weight that i recieved from my 5months old.

Welcome Young Mama, I have 3 boys myself :) Look around this site a lot. You could really spend hours on here. I know I do when I lose track of time. It's amazing how motivating this site is. I was looking for something and belong to a few sites but I haven't posted on them at all since I've been here!
