So ready to do this

Hi everyone. I'm Angela. I'm tired of being overweight and out of shape. I'd like to lose about 70 pounds, so I started on The Schwarzbein Principle this week and I'm joining a gym in a few days. This looks like a great place to get support and encouragement - and learn a few things too!
