Here we go again...Again.

  • Hi, I'm not new here.

    I have posted an intro, lots of posts, reached my goal, left, came back with a little to lose, left again, and came back with a lot to lose. A lot of people here probably know me, maybe not but I'm really posting another intro for myself because I need a new start over date. Telling myself I need to lose a little has gone by the wayside for two years. And I know I can do it becasue I did it and actually did a bangup job. But not staying committed has taken it's toll so I need to start holding myself accountable.

    I lost a lot of weight and started working out a ton and looked great. Since my goal I have gained 50 lbs over the last two years. It sounds disgusting to me to hear the number but honsetly, I like the way I look being curvy. I don't want to be 130 lbs again. my boobs look great, I love my butt, and I really don't want to lose my big hips. But everything is really too jiggly to be able to enjoy my shape this summer.

    So my plan: to return to my healthy lifestyle, eat the things that I KNOW are beneficial to my health, but mostly work out to tone my body. The number on the scale is important but not so much as before. I was want to improve my physique, not just drop numbers.

    So there it is, my official "get started again" post to hold myself accountable.
  • Welcome back! I remember you, at one point our stats were similar (Although you were much more successful) and your "Afters" were inspiring to me.
