Just wanted to say Hi.
I remembered this site from years ago, was a "drop the donut" girl in years past. It is just as inspiring and helpful as I remembered it to be.
I've banged my self up fairly effectively in the last 6 months and am on the band wagon now. (if you are interested in the details check out my blog Kitty Redux)
