Thanks so much for the welcome! I've never joined a forum before so this is all wonderful. There is so much much information and it seems as though many are so supportive. I've struggled for years with my yo-yo dieting but never really had much support in the past. It seems as though this can be a very supportive group!! Hopefully I can make a few friends throughout this journey!
