End of an Era
 

Hi guys. So I need some support to help me lose weight. I'm 60 pounds overweight and I binge eat to deal with stress and feeling depressed. I know it's self-destructive, counterproductive. We all know what it feels like to be fat. It's basically ruining my life. I'm tired of it. I'm tired all the time, I get sick a lot (I'm sick now, I've been sick 6 or 7 times since August because of eating unnatural crap and not exercising). I have no confidence, I can't talk to people, I can't talk to guys. I hate shopping which I would have a lot of fun doing otherwise, if it weren't for everything I put on looking ugly to me because of my body.

Guys, I want us all to lose our weight and just be BETTER. WE CAN DO THIS YOU GUYS. We just have to keep up with it, and looking forward.. it's probably gonna take at least a year, but it'll be worth it. Imagine all the wasted years. I really believe that from now on, things are going to be different. I want us all to lose weight and stop letting being fat take over our lives.

Welcome morning cat! Do you have a set plan you will be following or have you set some goals for yourself! sit down and write down what you want to achieve then you can work out the steps you need to take to reach them.

stop imaging those wasted years, and start looking at the AWESOME years to come! Its a great feeling to be normal, and not the fat girl, and soooo worth all the work it takes. YOU CAN DO IT!
